The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) will again be working with Idemia, the Augmented Identity solutions provider. Idemia will be installing its Elite lottery terminals at sites across Canada, which promise to improve the experience and service for both players and suppliers.
The Elite terminal will offer high-speed processing of documents for retailers such as play slips and instant tickets, and it has the facility to design play slips for special events.
Idemia’s Deputy General Manager for Citizen Identity and Public Security has stated that the company is proud to be working with OLG again. The company has experience in implementation, integration and leading technology solutions and more than 60000 of the Elite macines have already been successfully placed worldwide.
The company will work in collaboration with Rogers Communications Canada Inc, the telecommunications provider; NCR Canada Corp., who will be performing support; and FDJ Gaming Solutions who will provide remote management tools, roll out 10700 new terminals across Canada OLG To Place 10700 New Lottery Terminals over the next 18 months to two years.
