The Amaya Group, through some of these brands, also provides various non-poker related game products, and this group includes daily fantasy sports options, casino products, and sportsbook services. By means of some of its subsidiaries Amaya is licensed and approved to offer, or permitted by means of 3rd party approvals or licenses, certain of its services and products in a number of different jurisdictions around the world, including areas in Europe, both inside and outside the European Union, South and North America, and elsewhere. In fact, PokerStars is the most licensed online gaming brand in the world, and it is authorised to operate in 17 different jurisdictions. PokerStars is the flagship brand for the Rational Group, and it has been estimated by Amaya to hold a robust majority of the global market share of real-money poker player liquidity. In addition to expanding both play- and real-money poker games, the Rational Group has also started targeting the growth of its ventures into other online verticals, with this group including sportsbook, daily fantasy sports, and casino options. Amaya has estimated that the Rational Group enjoys one of the biggest and fastest-growing player bases in the online casino industry.
